  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust based on your sweetness preference.

  • 1 cup fruit of your choice Fresh or frozen berries, bananas, or mango work beautifully.

  1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt and sweetener, blending until smooth.
  2. Add your chosen fruit and pulse a few times to leave some chunks for texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently pull them out.

Notes

These popsicles are flexible; customize with your choice of fruits. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
