  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For additional depth of flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each chicken tender with a piece of bacon. Secure the ends with toothpicks if needed.
  3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll each bacon-wrapped tender in the brown sugar mixture, ensuring they are generously coated.
  5. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out to allow even cooking.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let the tenders cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as is or with a dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to retain crispiness. Feel free to customize with additional spices or herbs.
