Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and bacon mixture into each tortilla. Roll them tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the tops of the tacos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize the recipe by using whole wheat tortillas, different cheese varieties, or additional toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
