Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the fish, followed by slices of lemon.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and looks opaque.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped herbs.
  3. Serve warm to enjoy its full flavor.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. This recipe is great for meal prep and pairs well with sides like quinoa or roasted vegetables.
