Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Brush generously with the olive oil mixture.
- Add lemon slices on top of each fillet for extra flavor.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
