  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or swap for dill, depending on your taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and add the lemon juice. Stir gently, letting the mixture bubble and thicken slightly.
  3. Add the butter, stirring until melted and well incorporated.
  4. Pour the lemon butter cream sauce over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is generously coated.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
