  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed) For brightness
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions (for garnish) Adds a fresh crunch
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional) For a nutty finish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish and season them with salt and pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice, whisking until smooth.
  5. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
