Preparation

- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, mix flour and cornstarch. In another bowl, whisk the egg.
- Dip each salmon piece into the egg and then coat with the flour mixture.
Cooking
- Arrange the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine the Bang Bang sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey).
- Drizzle the sauce over the bites or serve it on the side for dipping.
Notes
For a crispier texture, consider using an air fryer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
