- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce, stirring until the chicken is well-coated.
- In another bowl, mix the shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, mixing until evenly coated.
Assembly
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center, followed by a scoop of coleslaw.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Place the wrap seam-side down on a plate. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- (Optional) Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
