- Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Layer the biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the biscuits, followed by the shredded cheese.
- Pour the milk and egg mixture over the entire casserole, ensuring all biscuits are soaked.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is puffed and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions if desired.
