Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and seasoning.
- Gradually add breadcrumbs to the mixture until it’s well combined but still moist.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough. Cut it into 8-10 squares, about 4 inches wide.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough square.
- Fold the edges over to seal tightly, creating little pockets of deliciousness.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a touch of olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Consider variations such as using ground turkey for a lighter version, adding jalapeños for extra flavor, or using BBQ sauce instead of Buffalo for a different twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
