Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 slices slices of crispy bacon for that savory crunch
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella both work beautifully
  • ½ cup ranch dressing try homemade if you have the time for a flavor boost
  • 4 large flour tortillas soft and pliable for an easy wrap
Optional Additions
  • shredded lettuce for added freshness
  • diced tomatoes for added freshness
  • sliced avocados for added freshness

Method

Cooking the Bacon
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon strips until they are crispy, usually taking about 5 to 7 minutes. Let them cool on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
Prepare the Filling
  1. While the bacon cools, combine the shredded cheese and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. This creamy mixture will tie all the flavors together.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheese and ranch mixture in the center, leaving space at the edges to fold.
  2. Crumble the crispy bacon and sprinkle it over the cheese mix. If using optional ingredients like lettuce or tomatoes, add them now for extra freshness.
Wrapping and Heating
  1. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, ensuring that the filling is secure inside.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and toast for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Serving
  1. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve warm. Pair them with a dip of ranch dressing for extra flavor.

Notes

These wraps are perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To retain crispiness when reheating, place them in an oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
