Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat. Once done, remove it and drain on paper towels, saving some bacon drippings in the pan for the chicken.
- Add the chicken to the pan with the bacon drippings and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Shred the cooked chicken and combine it with chopped bacon and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
Assembly and Baking
- Fill the taco shells with the chicken, bacon, and ranch mixture, then top generously with cheese.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and any of your favorite toppings.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, place the tacos back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
