Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the dark chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring between each until smooth.
  2. Wash and pat dry your strawberries. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on your preference.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Gently fold until well mixed.
  4. Dip each strawberry piece into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place a dollop of the yogurt-coated strawberries, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, allowing the yogurt to set and the chocolate to harden.
  7. Once set, enjoy these delightful clusters as a sweet snack or dessert.

Notes

Present with a light drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sea salt. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
