- In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the dark chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring between each until smooth.
- Wash and pat dry your strawberries. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on your preference.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Gently fold until well mixed.
- Dip each strawberry piece into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place a dollop of the yogurt-coated strawberries, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, allowing the yogurt to set and the chocolate to harden.
- Once set, enjoy these delightful clusters as a sweet snack or dessert.
Notes
