  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 4 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup ranch dressing Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Swap spinach with kale for a stronger flavor.
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 slices your favorite bread Try sourdough or whole grain.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If you’re starting with raw chicken, grill or sauté it in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Allow it to cool before shredding into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken and bacon are evenly coated.
  3. Take a slice of bread and layer the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Add a generous amount of the chicken and bacon mixture on top.
  4. Place another slice of bread on top, press down slightly, and slice the sandwich in half for easy handling.
  5. Serve your sandwich with a side of potato chips or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
