Ingredients

Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Steak (sirloin or tenderloin) Choose a tender cut for best results.
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Allows for better control of saltiness.
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic (minced) Elevates flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped) Adds color and freshness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Additional spices (smoked paprika or cayenne) For added flavor.
  • 1 splash Worcestershire sauce (optional) For tangy flavor.
  • 1 splash Lemon juice (optional) For additional tanginess.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the chosen steak into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium-high heat. The butter will bubble and release a nutty aroma.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, making sure not to burn it.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness, flipping only once.
  4. Just before finishing, stir in the chopped parsley, and add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice if desired.
  5. Remove from heat and serve the steak bites hot, drizzling any buttery sauce over them.

Notes

Store leftover steak bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a little butter to maintain flavor. Choose high-quality meat for best flavor and tenderness.
