- Cut the chosen steak into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium-high heat. The butter will bubble and release a nutty aroma.
- Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, making sure not to burn it.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness, flipping only once.
