Cooking
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, then add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional minute or two until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
Notes
For variations, consider adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. A splash of white wine or red pepper flakes can add depth and heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
