Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced Feel free to substitute with turkey or tofu for a vegetarian option.
  • 6 slices bacon Turkey bacon works too for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Homemade or store-bought.
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas are great alternatives.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded Swap with spinach or kale for added nutrients.
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped Consider using roasted red peppers for a smokier taste.

Method

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5–7 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  4. Layer each tortilla with a generous amount of ranch dressing.
  5. Add chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on top of the ranch dressing.
  6. Fold in the sides and tightly roll the tortilla to secure all the delicious fillings inside.
  7. Place the filled wraps back in the skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden; this adds extra crunch!
  8. Cut in half diagonally and serve warm with extra ranch on the side for dipping.
  9. Gather your loved ones around the table and enjoy this indulgent treat!
Storage
  1. If you have any leftovers (unlikely!), keep them in an airtight container for up to three days.

Notes

For even crispier bacon, cook it slowly on low heat to render out the fat. You can prep ingredients and assemble wraps ahead of time, but it's best to store them separately until ready to eat. Can substitute ranch dressing with any creamy dressing, such as Caesar or homemade herbed mayonnaise.
