- Slice the kielbasa, chop the onion, and trim the green beans.
- In your crockpot, layer the sliced kielbasa, followed by the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Toss in the fresh green beans and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Just before serving, stir and adjust the seasoning to taste.
Notes
For added richness, brown the kielbasa before adding to the crockpot. Use fresh green beans for the best texture.
