Preparation
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your crockpot.
- Place half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Dollop half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and a dash of Parmesan.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- Finish with the remaining marinara sauce and a generous topping of mozzarella.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top for added flavor.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
This is a perfect make-ahead recipe if you plan to enjoy it later in the week. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. This dish also freezes well.
