- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and fresh dill over the cucumber and onion mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss until everything is well-coated. Be careful not to crush the feta too much.
- For the best flavor, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
