- Start by washing the cucumbers well. If using regular cucumbers, peel them.

- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture. Add fresh dill, then gently toss everything together until well-coated.
- Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For variations, feel free to add cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, or swap herbs based on what's in season. You can also salt cucumbers for added crispiness and use freshly chopped herbs for the best flavor.
