Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic until well-combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the Dijon mixture over each fillet, ensuring they are generously covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before garnishing with fresh herbs.
