Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Lay the flour tortilla on a clean surface and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture across the tortilla, leaving a small border along the edges.
  3. Arrange the slices of deli ham over the cream cheese, followed by the grated cheddar and fresh spinach or arugula.
  4. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter for serving.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a firmer texture if desired.

Notes

These pinwheels can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheating is not recommended, enjoy them cold.
