Preparation
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once pasta is done, drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- If using fresh chicken, grill or sauté until cooked through, then dice into pieces. Alternatively, shred leftover or rotisserie chicken.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Pour Caesar dressing over the mixture and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently until well combined.
Serving
- Add croutons just before serving for crunch, or chill in the fridge for an hour to enhance flavors.
Notes
This salad can be prepped in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and best consumed within 3 days. For freshness, add croutons right before serving.
