Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a little butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the milk and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Carefully spoon the canned peaches over the batter, allowing some fruit to sink and some to float.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Leftover cobbler can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, warm it in the oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
