- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover or seal it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Set your oven to broil or preheat to 400°F if using an oven-safe skillet.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet (or in a hot skillet).
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Brush the salmon with additional marinade halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
