Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Plain or flavored, depending on your preference.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust based on your sweetness level.
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries Fresh or frozen, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries work beautifully.
  • 1/4 cup granola or nuts For a delightful crunch—feel free to swap granola with seeds like pumpkin or sunflower for a variation.
  • chocolate chips or coconut flakes Optional for extra flair and flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Scatter your mixed berries over the yogurt, followed by a sprinkle of granola or nuts. If you are feeling extra indulgent, add chocolate chips or coconut flakes as well.
  4. Place the baking sheet in your freezer for at least two hours until the yogurt is completely frozen solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove it from the freezer and lift the yogurt bark with the parchment paper. Break it into pieces for serving.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

Use quality yogurt for the best texture. You can customize the sweetness and add various toppings to match your taste. Store the bark properly to maintain freshness.
