- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and honey until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, and granola over the yogurt and press them gently in.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until the yogurt is completely set.
- Once frozen, break into shards and serve immediately or store for later.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container lined with parchment paper for up to a month. No reheating needed—simply grab a piece.
