Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and honey until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, and granola over the yogurt and press them gently in.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until the yogurt is completely set.
  6. Once frozen, break into shards and serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container lined with parchment paper for up to a month. No reheating needed—simply grab a piece.
