Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets Fresh, skin-on or skinless fillets, sustainably sourced.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • ½ cup Butter Use unsalted for better control of seasoning.
  • 1 unit Lemon Zested and juiced.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the tops, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and sprinkle with lemon zest.
Cooking
  1. Pour the remaining garlic butter around the salmon.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add cherry tomatoes or asparagus in the baking dish for extra nutrition. Using olive oil instead of butter is a healthier option.
