Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well incorporated.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, making sure not to over-mix.
  5. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.
  6. Grease your muffin tin and scoop the batter into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
