Cooking Noodles
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey (if using) into the skillet with the garlic. Allow it to bubble gently for a minute.
Combining & Serving
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet. Toss well to coat them in the aromatic sauce, ensuring each noodle is enveloped in flavor.
- Transfer the Garlic Sesame Noodles onto a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flair.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of water or oil to prevent sticking. Toast sesame seeds before use for enhanced flavor.
