Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle a little sesame oil and heat until hot.
- Add the marinated chicken and remaining marinade into the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Just before serving, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken.
- Plate the chicken hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, warm in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or soy sauce. Can freeze for up to three months.
