Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
Dressing
  • 2 limes zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup honey adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries, remove the skins from bananas, and halve the grapes.
Mixing
  1. In a small bowl, combine the zest and juice of the limes with honey, whisking until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, and grapes.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the mixed fruits, gently tossing to coat without mashing the fruit.
  2. For the best flavor, let the salad sit for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
