Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed chicken and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Alternate threading the marinated chicken, peaches, and jalapeno slices onto the skewers.
Cooking
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
