- Arrange the sliced kielbasa pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Drizzle the glaze over the kielbasa pieces, ensuring each one is coated.
Baking
- Bake the kielbasa bites in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Halfway through, baste them with the residual glaze.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until they are caramelized and golden brown.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
