Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the sliced kielbasa pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the glaze over the kielbasa pieces, ensuring each one is coated.
Baking
  1. Bake the kielbasa bites in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Halfway through, baste them with the residual glaze.
  2. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until they are caramelized and golden brown.

  1. Once they’re ready, take a moment to admire your creation, then plate these beauties and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
