Method
 

Cooking the Rice

Preparing Chicken
  1. Grill the chicken breasts on medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Let them rest, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Steaming Broccoli
  1. Steam the broccoli until vibrant and crisp-tender, approximately 4-5 minutes. Season lightly with salt.
Roasting Sweet Potatoes
  1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
Assembling Bento Boxes
  1. Assemble your bento boxes by layering the rice, grilled chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes.
  2. Drizzle soy sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes
