  • 1 serving Whole grain crackers Opt for thin, crunchy varieties for added texture.
Nuts and Sweets
  • 1/4 cup Handful of nuts or trail mix Adds healthy fats and protein.

Preparation
  1. Choose a bento box or any compartmentalized container for the assembly.
  2. Wash and slice your fruits, cube your cheeses, and if necessary, portion out your nut butter or hummus into a small container.
Assembly
  1. Place your crackers at the bottom of the bento box to create a solid foundation.
  2. Arrange your cheese selections alongside the crackers.
  3. Add your seasonal fruits to one or more compartments.
  4. Place the nut butter or hummus in a separate small container.
  5. Top off with a handful of nuts or trail mix.
  6. Drop in a few squares of dark chocolate or energy balls for dessert.
  7. Seal your bento box and it’s ready to go!
