Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and press it into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is generously coated on both sides.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
