  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and stir until it resembles wet sand.
  4. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously over each fillet and press down lightly.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop the fish back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
