  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 cups watermelon, chopped Remove seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup grapes Use seedless grapes.
  • 2 number bananas, sliced Cut into thick slices.
  • 1 cup blueberries Add for extra color.
Other Ingredients
  • 10 number skewers Wooden or reusable metal skewers.
  • 1 cup yogurt or chocolate dip Optional for serving.

Preparation
  1. Wash and prepare the fruit: Rinse your fruit thoroughly. Hull strawberries, peel bananas, and chop larger fruits like watermelon and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Assemble the skewers: Take a skewer and start threading your fruit alternately, beginning with a grape, then a strawberry, followed by a banana slice, continuing this pattern until you reach the end.
Serving
  1. Arrange the assembled skewers on a beautiful platter, creating a colorful display.
  2. If desired, serve with a side of yogurt or chocolate dip.

Notes

These kabobs can be made ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
