Preparation
- Crush the Oreos by placing them in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate with a fork, allowing the excess to drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle red sprinkles on top.
- Melt the blue chocolate and drizzle it over the coated Oreo balls.
- Allow them to set in the fridge for another 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve these beauties on a platter at your celebration.
Notes
These Oreo Balls store well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can freeze them for up to three months.
