Preparation
- Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and sift out un-popped kernels.
- Melt the white chocolate and candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls according to package instructions.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn in a large bowl and gently fold to coat.
- Divide popcorn into three equal parts, mixing one part with red candy melts, one with blue candy melts, and leaving one plain.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and mold small handfuls of coated popcorn into balls, inserting a popsicle stick into each.
- While still warm and sticky, sprinkle festive sprinkles on each pop.
- Chill the decorated pops in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve the pops beautifully on a platter.
Notes
Store leftover pops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Uncoated popcorn can be frozen for later use.
