Ingredients

Fruits
  • 4 cups Fresh or Canned Peaches, sliced If using canned, make sure to drain well.
Cobbler Topping
  • 1 box Cake Mix (any flavor, yellow is classic) Feel free to use a sugar-free cake mix for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted Can swap with coconut oil for a healthier spin.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust according to the sweetness of the peaches.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional, but adds wonderful warmth.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prep the peaches: If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them, then spread them evenly in the baking dish. If using canned peaches, simply drain and add to the dish.
  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon: In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.
  4. Prepare the cake mix: In a separate bowl, blend the cake mix with melted butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Pour this mixture evenly over the peaches.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  2. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, possibly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave as needed.
