Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.

- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon sugar, then sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Add the remaining batter on top, followed by the rest of the sugar mixture.
Baking
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
