  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the green flesh into a medium bowl, being careful not to waste any of it.
  2. Using a fork, mash the avocados until they reach your desired level of creaminess. You can leave them slightly chunky or make them completely smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and lime juice to the bowl. Stir well to combine, ensuring the yogurt is well integrated.
  4. Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
  5. If desired, add crushed red pepper flakes or diced tomatoes for garnish. Serve immediately or keep it covered in the fridge until ready.
