Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a glass dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the prepared crust, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Spoon the remaining cream mixture over the berries, and top with another layer of berries.
Chilling
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Serving
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Frozen individual slices can also be wrapped tightly in plastic for future enjoyment.
