Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 package package of graham cracker crumbs You can also try crushed oatmeal cookies.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Coconut oil can be an alternative.
Cream Layer
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened) For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Honey or maple syrup can be used for a healthier twist.
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) Homemade whipped cream gives a richer flavor.
Berries
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Fresh or frozen; thaw if frozen.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a glass dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the prepared crust, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
  4. Spoon the remaining cream mixture over the berries, and top with another layer of berries.
Chilling
  1. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Serving
  1. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Frozen individual slices can also be wrapped tightly in plastic for future enjoyment.
