  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits Homemade biscuits can be used for a fresher taste.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Pepper jack can be used for some heat.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, adding a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and add them to the egg mixture along with the cooked sausage. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, then pour in the biscuit mixture.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.

Notes

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or spinach. It's also great served with fresh fruit or a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
