Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken thighs Can substitute with chicken breasts if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For a healthier option, swap with Greek yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust for heat preference.
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic, minced Adds depth and aroma.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions For garnishing.
  • 4 servings Rice or noodles, to serve To make it a complete meal.

Method

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure a nice sear when cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well blended to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. When the chicken is nearly done, add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly, letting it bubble and thicken for a minute.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken garnished with chopped green onions and your choice of rice or noodles, drizzling extra Bang Bang sauce on top.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in the microwave or on the stove over low heat, adding a splash of water or broth if the sauce thickens too much.
