Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly brush a muffin tin with olive oil. Gently press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form little bowls.
Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until it’s fragrant—about 1 minute.
  2. Toss in the chopped spinach. Sauté until it wilts—this usually takes about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, allowing the mixture to become beautifully cohesive.
  4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth, then fold in your sautéed spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, ensuring every bite is bursting with flavor.
  6. Spoon the mixture generously into each wonton cup, filling them to the brim.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the wontons are golden and crisp.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
